Lovely and beautiful unit with WiFi and the TV was plus the bedroom. The location great and incredible really close to the sea front.

The breakfast offered was gorgeous with toast, pepper, marmalade. Had good location very close to train station also, walking distance to a tower and a theatre. The people working in the hotel were very very kind 

We had a very good stay on both night of stay.

Our room was brand-new and stocked, enjoyed it. Liked view of the exterior. The position was comfortable and ideal, close to a train station. Had tea and goodies at Marks & Spencer Cafe, nestled 

The location in the hall reception area was nice for us. The breakfast was free and gorgeous with toast, juice plus pepper and the restaurant food was good.

Nice setting in the nice quiet area, short walk to everything, particularly over disability access and gluten free breakfast, the Train station and the bus station and Skegness and the coast.

Stocked brand-new room with view over the exterior. Fantastic, particularly good location close enough to communal areas, nearby shopping area of Skegness and a major supermarket.

The place was pleasant and had pretty friendly staff with a friendly member of staff, greatly enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect, we were minutes away from the heart of Skegness. Also, the

Lots of brilliant food, we really enjoyed it. The staff was lovely and amazing and always on disposal. The hotel was in a great location really close to the centre of the town.

Suite we stayed at was recently renovated with a lovely sized shower too.

Good and absolutely perfect location near the local food outlets and the restaurant ready, reasonably priced food. Practical suite, exceptionally comfortable beds.
